To be at school as a trainee teacher has give me a lot of precious experience. It makes me realize that teachers of the 21st century must be mentally strong, idealism and also always up-to-date with current issues.  The teaching profession today requires each teacher to develop competences in various aspects of learning, subject knowledge and the curriculum in education. From my three months teaching practice experience, I can conclude that most of the student easily get bored if teacher tends to use conventional teaching method.
